I am so happy to give a testimonial, although I heard about this wonderful company from old fashioned word-of-mouth network of neighbors and friends. Heard they'd formed lifelong connections through quality construction and follow-up service. I put myself on their wait list and in return they built me the most beautiful pool I've ever seen. (I always know I've made a great decision when I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner!) As an unofficial pool-junkie, I enjoyed every step of the process; only regretting not having more time to watch and enjoy the process. Even with inclement weather they seemed to move so fast! Stu and Aubrey made me feel like I was an important customer and their employees told me they felt like they were part of the family. I still believe in WOM reviews, but if you were my friend or neighbor, I would strongly advise you to go with this family-owned business. (Yes, I intend on continuing as part of their extended family for services!)

We've recently completed our second pool build with Suntime and I cannot say enough positive things about the people and the experience. From the support we received designing the perfect shape, to staying on budget and schedule every part of this project was on point. Overall communication was outstanding. I can’t believe anyone would have a pool installed with a company other than Suntime Pools West. From the initial meeting to the installation of the pool, we received the best service possible. Aubrey & Stuart went above and beyond in getting the pool installed, on time. We had a lot of construction being done at our home at the same time the pool was installed and completed. Suntime Pools was by far the best company we dealt with during construction! Aubrey and Stuart began our process, and everything was seamless and exactly as quoted. EVERYONE at Suntime offers suggestions, particularly as a new pool owner there are things that we didn’t know or think of. We didn’t have to; they walked us through all of it. The maintenance staff, Bobby, Lalo and crew have been with Suntime for years, which I believe speaks to the culture of the company, and they go above and beyond. They are knowledgeable, kind and provided us with all of the information needed to care for our pool. And, if your pool guy doesn't do this, is he really a pool guy?
